VOSH EYE TEAMS
The primary mission of VOSH/International is to facilitate the provision
and the sustainability of vision care worldwide for people who can neither afford nor obtain such care.

| VOSH-PA May 4-11, 2013 Northern Haiti The co-leaders were Dr. Diane Wilson and Dr. Barbara Brown. Partcipants were Dr. John Kepple, Dr. Lyn Graves, Linda Boss, optician, one fourth year Optometry student Mason Seelinger, and five lay persons, Mitch Wilson, Lance Graves, Mark Cooly, Jean Donahue and Sally Allen. The team served the towns of Robillard, Grand Rivier, Lagosette, Camp Loise and Cap Haitan at the Vertiere medical clinic. The team examined 1632 patients. 73 were referred for glaucoma and 15 were referred for cataract surgery to Drs Roney and Lucien at the new eye clinic in Cap Haitien. Glasses and sunglasses were prescribed. |
