VOSH-CT is looking for optometrists, optometry students, opticians and any Spanish speaking volunteers to join their clinic trip to San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. The dates of the clinic will be January 4-11th of 2019. This will be the 20th year that VOSH-CT will be serving this area, but they are in critical need of volunteers to make this trip happen. We facilitate the provision and the sustainability of vision care worldwide for people who can neither afford nor obtain such care. Our goal is to increase our global impact whenever possible by supporting sustainable eye clinics, optometry schools and optometric educators in areas lacking sufficient eye care.
