VOSH and its people send condolences to the loved ones of Jeffrey Marshall, OD. Jeff was a former VOSH/International president, and pioneer in establishing VOSH-Indiana and VOSH-Honduras. He will be missed and all who knew him and all who were affected by his caring and kind nature.
